This engineering trade is introduced by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) under the Craftsman Training Scheme, of the Government of India. The trainees under this training programme is eligible for the installation, maintenance, service and repair of a variety of pipelines and other sanitary engineering equipments. A large number of trained and skilled workmen are required to satisfy the man power requirements in future for developing countries in the sanitary engineering field. The certificate holders are fit to get quick employment in Public Health Engineering Departments of Governments, local bodies such as Corporations, Municipalities, Panchayaths, Private sanitary engineering concerns etc.Duration : 1years
